Trademarks

"Mr. Keebs Designs" and any associated logos are trademarks of Mr. Keebs Designs, LLC. Pattern names (such as Treat Trail, Pack Row, Dogwood & Bee Stripe, and others in our catalog) are used to identify our original designs and should not be used to describe or market products that are not ours.

What Purchasing a Product Does — and Doesn't — Give You

When you buy a printed item from Mr. Keebs Designs — a placemat, journal, greeting card, fabric yardage, or any other product — you're purchasing that physical item for personal use. You are not purchasing the underlying artwork, and no rights to the pattern, illustration, or design are transferred to you.

This means you may not scan, photograph, trace, reprint, or otherwise reproduce our patterns to create your own products for resale, manufacture goods based on our designs, or use our artwork commercially in any way — regardless of which retailer or platform you purchased through. If you're interested in licensing a pattern for commercial use, reach out to us directly at hello@mrkeebsdesigns.com; we're open to those conversations, just not to uncredited or unlicensed use.

Reporting Copyright or Trademark Concerns

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright or trademark rights, or if you believe someone is using our designs without authorization, please contact us at hello@mrkeebsdesigns.com with:

• A description of the work you believe is infringed (or, if you're reporting misuse of our designs, a description of where you saw it)
